Official Wright County Contacts

Wright County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or obtain official booking records. Contact the responsible public office directly for those actions.

Booking and Custody Requests

The research found no separate sheriff records line, records email, booking-photo request form, local photo fee schedule, or public online jail roster. Start by calling the sheriff to ask for the current records custodian, the appropriate delivery channel, and whether the sheriff holds the requested booking record or photograph. The county office schedule listed on the official contact page is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; it is a general county-office schedule, not a jail-visitation or around-the-clock records promise.

For a written request, identify the person, date range, arresting agency, and the booking record or photograph sought. Ask for an electronic copy where possible, a fee estimate before work above a chosen amount, and the statutory basis for any withholding. The county record resource explains the Missouri Sunshine Law request path and the difference between current custody, a release, and a later court record.

Where to Direct a Question

Use the office that holds the record type. A city police report and a county booking record may be in different hands, especially after a city arrest results in transport to Wright County Jail.

  • Current custody, a county booking record, or a sheriff-held photograph: Wright County Sheriff’s Office, 417-741-7576.
  • Wright County court case or warrant procedure: Circuit Clerk, 417-741-7121. The clerk can explain available court-record procedure within that office’s authority.
  • Mountain Grove police material: Mountain Grove Police Department, 417-926-5181. Ask whether county detention was used.
  • Mansfield police material: Mansfield City Clerk’s Office, 417-924-8340, for the stated public-records route.
  • Hartville police report: Hartville Police Department, 417-741-7334, or its linked report-search interface. It is not a booking roster.
  • Active state-offender record: use MDOC Offender Search, which is not a recent county booking list.
  • Federal or immigration custody: use the official BOP locator or ICE locator, each of which covers a separate system.
